Bringing Balance

Hey everyone! I think it's no secret that I love to try to find the balance between rocking both a bold lip and a bold eye look, and I admit sometimes it does look over done, but with this look I think the lips are just present enough without overwhelming the rest of the look.

For my eyes I started out with a Nude cream shadow as base all over my lid, over that I swept a shimmery Nude loose eyeshadow and I also brought this color into my inner corner, for my crease I blended a matte warm Light Brown, then I went on to my brow highlight and used a matte Cream colored shadow, for the outer corner and lower lashline I used a shimmery Bronze, I lined my top lashline with Black liquid liner and I finished the eyes with lots of Black mascara on top and bottom lashes.

For my face makeup I warmed up my complexion with a matte bronzer. for my blush I used a shimmery Dark Berry, then I hightlighted the high points of my face with a shimmery Golden White. For my lips I lined and filled in my entire lip with a Pink lip liner, over that I used a Hot Pink that has a Purple undertone to it to tie in the Berry colored blush.
