Lighten Up

Last weekend I went to a wedding of a friend of mine from high school, so for my makeup I kept it simple.

For my eyes I started with a shimmery beige cream shadow as a base all over my lid, over that I put a shimmery light peach color, in my crease I blended a matte medium beige, on my outer corner and lower lashline I put a shimmery dark brown, on my brow highlight I put a matte nude, in my lower waterline I put a nude colored pencil to open up my eyes, I lined my top lashline with black liquid liner and finished with mascara.

For my face I started out with a medium bronzer in the E3 motion then I used a  matte bronzer to contour my cheeks, then I used a shimmery peachy pink on the apples of my cheeks and blended back, then I highlighted the tops of my cheeks with a shimmery white. For my lips I used a simple shimmery pink.

I loved this look, it was so simple do, but it really brings out the eyes, which is my favorite thing to do. Also, my friends wedding was beautiful! I hope you enjoyed the look, til next time, Morgan:)

Chic Pink

Hi there! You know how sometimes you want a soft eye look? Well, this was one of those days for me, the look is really easy and feminine, there is a lot a pink.

For my eyes I started out with a shimmery beige base on my lid, then over that I brushed a shimmery light pink, for my crease I took a matte medium pink and blended it through, for my browbone highlight I took a shimmery white, for the outer corner I patted a matte dark purple brown. For my eyeliner I did a basic black liquid line, on my lower waterline I smudged a shimmery topaz color, then I finished the eyes with black mascara.

For my face makeup I started out with a shimmery light bronzer on the higher points of my face, then I took a matte bronzer on contoured my cheeks, for my blush I took a matte rose and blended it across my cheeks, then I highlighted the tops of my cheeks with a shimmery warm white. For my lips I started out with a clear lip liner then I put a warm hot pink.
